Ice Cream party
I am excited to work with Turkey Hill Dairy to show you how to create a simple ice cream party that’s a perfect addition to any celebration!
To kick off my daughter’s kindergarten year, we set up an ice cream bar with her friends from school. They LOVED being able to select from several ice cream options! We had three Turkey Hill flavors that we picked up locally at Reasor’s – Homemade Vanilla, Party Cake and Strawberries and Cream.
(They also have a line of all natural ice cream that are made with simple ingredients like milk, cream, sugar and natural flavors. Their all-natural homemade vanilla only has four ingredients – so it’s like true homemade ice cream at its finest!)
The kids (and adults!) both loved the ice cream flavors! There were so many more to try, too – like Belgian chocolate and fruit infused flavors like mango – so you could have so many different ways to create your own party!
Ice Cream bar
The kids all really loved being able to pick their own toppings and adding them to their bowls! To display them, I just used waffle cone bowls and just raided my pantry for all of the toppings – strawberries, chocolate chips, sprinkles, white chocolate chips, sandwich cookies and mini marshmallows. (Hmmm…I may have a sweets problem! Ha!)
To add to the festiveness of the party, I created little ice cream flowers – all you have to do is add a hydrangea to an ice cream cone and place in a bud vase or container! How cute is that?
The banner was a free printable off Pinterest.
The party total was under $20, so it is a super fun way for you to add a special detail to any celebration!
Good Mooed Tour
Right now Turkey Hill Dairy is touring the country with their Good Mooed Tour! What’s even more fun is that they are giving away free samples of their ice cream, so check out their schedule and see if they are coming to a location near you soon! You will love all of their flavors!
