Champagne Flowers

New Year’s Eve Flower Arrangements

How cute is this champagne cork added to this champagne flower arrangement to give it a little extra something for New Year’s Event?

I came up with this idea on a whim when I was helping a friend with some flower arrangements for a wedding shower. She had tons of wine corks and a few champagne ones, so I just took the cork, added it to a bamboo skewer and nestled it into the flower arrangement. It is a subtle way to make it festive and I think it turned out so super cute.

We used a small vase for these…I actually think it is a candle holder…and just added flowers that were pre-packaged from Trader Joe’s. I typically buy different bunches of single flowers and mix them up, but these turned out so cute already together!

I also had to forage a little bit outside for some greens. Trader Joe’s was all out, so I cut from my Blue Atlas Cedar and I think it helped fill it out and give it great texture! Don’t be afraid to go into your yard and use what you have!

A little extra touch of the champagne cork makes your flowers a little special and think this would be perfect for a New Year’s Eve party!
